Hi there, I am Gianina C Reibling, a licensed marriage and family therapist with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My passion for therapy is rooted in helping individuals navigate the complex of life and find their path to healing. I offer a unique blend of experience, skills, and compassion to support my clients on their healing journeys.
With my extensive training and expertise in couple therapy, I help young adult couples navigate the ups and downs of their relationships, develop effective communication skills, and deepen their connection with one another. Whether you’re struggling with communication issues, trust issues, or any other challenges in your relationship, I’m here to help you create a more fulfilling and harmonious partnership.
As a specialist in young adult therapy, I’m passionate about helping first generation immigrants navigate the complexities of adulthood including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and social pressures. I use evidence-based therapies to help young adults build resilience, improve their self-worth, and learn valuable coping skills that they can use throughout their lives.
With my multicultural background as a Filipino American, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, and I’m committed to providing culturally sensitive therapy that meets the needs of all my clients. Whether you’re looking for help with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, or any other challenges in your life, I’m here to support you on your journey to healing and growth.
So if you are for a therapist who can offer expertise, compassion, and a multicultural perspective, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation with me today. Together, we can work towards creating the fulfilling and meaningful life that you deserve.
In addition to my expertise in couple therapy and teen therapy, I’m also trained in ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT), which has shown promising results in treating a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. As a KAT specialist, I provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their emotions, gain insights, and work through difficult issues.
